The location was great, easy communication with the host and it is a generous sized apartment. The host arranged for an airport ride for us at the end of our stay which was helpful 👍

Expected check-in time was 3pm. However, we were notified very close to this time that the apartment was not ready due to cleaning issues. We were able to leave our bags in the uncleaned apartment but were unable to properly check-in until 8pm!! After a day of travelling with 2 children, this was not ideal. A small refund was agreed. The bathroom also needs some TLC, although the host did say this was planned soon. The jets for the “hot tub” (bath) were dirty and when used they shot out the dirt into the bathwater. We didn’t use after this.

Comodo a servizi. Bello . Posto tranquillo. Senza pretese.

Un pochino da curare pulizia ma nulla di grave.

Posizione ottima per visitare il Vaticano, ci si muove a piedi senza difficoltà. Appartamento spazioso e ben tenuto.

Ci vorrebbe maggiore attenzione al cliente. L’acqua calda a un certo punto è mancata per cui non siamo riusciti a fare la doccia tutti e quattro (boiler). Manca lo shampoo e il bagno schiuma (presente solo sapone per le mani).
