Hampton Inn & Suites Norman-Conference Center Area, Ok

The price i got on booking was over $50 less than the hotel site.

The breakfast food wasn't the best. The scrambked eggs didn't taste very well. The fruit was fresh however and the juice selection was great.

The breakfast was wonderful and the staff super kind and friendly.

The wifi was not free like at other hotels.

The room was surprisingly big. Modern accommodations. Great big TV. The breakfast was delish, great selection.

Everything was great, we will definitely choose a Hampton Inn on our next trip.

Location and very clean

We arrived around 8:30 after a long day of moving my daughter out of her apartment. We climb in to bed around 9:30 and just as we’re about to settle in the air conditioner unit turns on and a loud noise with vibration starts. I assume it’s because my daughter’s luggage was leaning next to it so I move it but it doesn’t help with the noise or the vibration. Also, between it turning on the room get unbearably hot so I’m not sure if it the thermostat was working properly. It turns on and off all night and is so loud that the three of us are unable to get much sleep. I mentioned it upon checkout and was just told “thanks for letting me know”. I’m not sure what I expected to specially since we were checking out but thought there should be a little more of something. This was our third hotel room stay that week and I will say this was the first time I was annoyed and definitely disappointed in the customer service (or lack of) that I received.
