Tolle Unterkunft, sehr gepflegt. Besitzer und Angestellte sind TOP. Weinverkostung vom eigenen Weingut inkl. Essen war ausgezeichnet.

Terrific Renovation, done with care and character. Luzuis and Manuela are fabulous; their staff ( Alice, Annalisa, and Lisa are equally as good. Very near Greve. Be careful, you might buy some wine.

The actual accommodation is beautiful- gorgeous house, views, and surroundings!

While the location and house was beautiful, the experience fell short of expectations due to barebones amenities (nothing in the kitchen and asked originally to pay for oil for cooking, no soap, asked to remove our own trash) and consistently poor staff interactions. We found the service to be unhelpful (got flat out ignored when asked for recommendations), and combative/condescending (ie, when the hot water turned off, we kindly asked for some help to turn it off and given a speech how it was our fault; when asked for a bill given a condensing speech about how invoices work; when the menu changed we wernt given any notice and couldnt eat what was made and was made to feel like it was our fault), ultimately making us feel like we were only paying for the setting, not for hospitality.
