Standard hotelowy na poziomie europejskim, bez zastrzeżeń. Czysto i nowoczesne wyposażenie apartamentu. Ładnie urządzony ogródek z grillem, gdzie można organizować wieczorne spotkania większej grupy lub posiłki na wolnym powietrzu pod zadaszeniem.
Brak klimatyzacji i lokalizacja przy bardzo ruchliwej drodze (międzynarodowa E67). Odległość od trasy około 100 metrów i okna wychodzą na drogę. Bez klimatyzacji nie da się spać przy zamkniętych oknach. Otwierając okna nie da się spać bo hałas od ruchliwej trasy. TIR za TIRem. Można je liczyć zamiast baranów.
