Lokalizacja, ilość miejsca w mieszkaniu, winda, wyposażenie, dwie łazienki, dostępny parking, spokojna okolica, łatwy dostęp do mieszkania.
Drobnostka nie mająca wpływu na ocenę - ułamany zaczep od rolety na poddaszu. Przy słonecznym, upalnym dniu troszkę przeszkadzało.

Lokalizacja naprawdę znakomita. Cisza, spokój, piękna zieleń, blisko do Parku Szachowego, a więc i Zdrojowego. Dobre wyposażenie, włącznie z pralką i zmywarką, wielki, wygodny salon, Balkon.
Apartament jest na trzecim, ostatnim piętrze nowoczesnego bloku, jednak architektura, ze skośnymi dachami, z estetycznego punktu widzenia ładna, powoduje, że przynajmniej dla starszych osób wnętrza czasami nie są zbyt wygodne. Te skosy bywają niestety uciążliwe.
