De ligging

De discotheek aan de overkant die op vrijdagnacht en zaterdagnacht open was van 12 uur s’nachts tot 6 uur s’morgens open was.

The accommodation was modern and almost everything that we needed. The host received us well, and offered a late checkout. The location is really good, near the beach and with everything in a walking distance. Bakery near, shopping malls, supermarkets, city bikes, all seemed good - The accommodation is modern and stylish, with an appart hotel style - Although it's not too big, the way that is decorated makes it comfy, and big enough - The bed is big, and comfortable - The toilet is stylish, although there's no privacy from the toilet to the bedroom, since the division is glass - There were basic supplies, probably left by other guests

I would say there were things that could have been better, like for example: - The accommodation only had two toilet towels, for a week, that's far from enough, no bed sheets to change, which I believe that's an easy fix. - By our standards, the accommodation could be cleaner, the floor was full of o dust, enough to get my socks quite dirty, so, I assumed the accommodation may have been without guests for some time. - There was only one rubbish bag, we had to go to the supermarket to buy rubbish bags and ended up leaving the rest, we would expect to have at least one per day or every two days. - In the description it says the accommodation is in a quiet street, and that weighted in my choice, and it's not, actually it is a quite busy street, with pubs around, and can become quite noisy and can be challenging to have a good night sleep. We could ear the cars and trucks passing almost like they were inside of the apartment, although the windows isolate some of the external noise, it's far from enough. So I wouldn't recommend this accommodation if your intention is to rest or if you have children. - The living room sofa is completely destroyed, almost unusable, I would recommend the host to substitute it. - The internet is really slow, average speed is around 4/5 mb, which means that if you want to, for example, do some remote work, it's not the best place. - The first aid kit has only the basic of the basic, no supplies of disinfectant or burn creams, or whatever could be needed in an emergency, like a small cut or burn. There's no signs telling you were the kit is, so we had to look for it, just to find there wasn't nothing useful in it.

Some street noise but OK with windows shut

Transfer from/to airport was aranged perfectly. Close to Las Canteras, just around the corner.

A bit noisy surroundings, cerveseria, need to keep windows shut esp. on weekend days.
