It was a pleasure staying at this property, which is 15 minutes walking from the Mall. This is a nice place with good service. They offer complementary coffee and bread all the day. Also they have separate restaurant and it’s very good and reasonably priced. Chef is very friendly and he has good hands. And the other staff also very friendly.Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed a lot. I will definitely stay there again.

Only thing their bathroom are bit small.

Lovely beds comfortable which we've found difficult in thailand, very beautiful and modern the garden/pool area is absolutely stunning pool is nice to swim in not too cold or hot in the pool, so peaceful and quiet had a lovely sleep here. Accepted us to change dates as plans changed.

No lift and we were on 3rd floor(top floor) can't complain its only three flights of stairs however not too far out the way there's a 7 eleven and a couple small local markets however nothing else. Main problem at first was stray dogs near locals houses ran after us, obviously not the hotels fault but it's just the location around it can laugh about it afterwards ( only happend once )

Raum ist ok. Macht einen brauchbaren Eindruck, weil ein Bett, ein großer Tisch, ein kleiner Kühlschrank, ein Mini-Balkon und eine Mini-"Couch" vorhanden sind. Problem ist aber, dass die Klima-Anlage zu schwach ist. Zudem gibt es keinen Nachtisch, keine Nachtlampe und Steckdosen praktisch direkt am Kopf-Kissen. Neben dem Bett wäre sinnvoller. Seltsame Konstruktion, über die ich mich wundere. Wurde doch als Hotel gebaut, wer kommt denn auf solche Ideen? Der Pool Bereich ist cool und macht Spaß. Neben dem netten Pool gibt es ein Restaurant, so dass man hier sitzen kann und auch eine Kleinigkeit bestellen kann. Der Pool Bereich wird aber auch von Nicht-Hotel-Gästen genutzt, weil es ein öffentlicher Bereich ist.

Die Klima-Anlage ist das Problem in dem Hotel. Evtl. lag es daran, dass ich in der 2. Etage unter gebracht wurde. Aber die Temperatur war einfach drückend heiß. Manche Hotel lassen ja die Klima-Anlage laufen, bevor man ankommt. Das war hier nicht der Fall und es fühlte sich nach 33 bis 35 Grad an. Die Klima-Anlage hat dies in Stunden auf ca. 29 Grad herunter gebracht. Wenn man Sie 24 Stunden laufen läßt, ist es erträglich mit ca. 28 Grad. Aber ich bin nicht gewohnt eine Klima-Anlage 24 Stunden am Tag laufen zu lassen. Es reichen oftmals 10-15 Minuten und dann ist gut für mich. Das war hier nicht machbar. Ich denke das Geld, was die laufende Klima-Anlage an Strom kostet sollte besser in eine neue Klima-Anlage gesteckt werden.
