Great place to stay.

Comfy bed, good WiFi, good shower, clean and parking nearby free. The area was safe a day friendly with a great cafe 3 doors away on the street corner. Highly recommended. Further on the same road, but across the road, we found a locals bar. So friendly and helpful that a few of the locals and staff are now our friends.

Listing is advertised as a B&B but there was no indication that breakfast was not included. For this, the value did not seem fair.

bad privacy, if anyone is concerned about that, this is not the place to feel free in a vacation or what ever your purpo

first of all, the pictures showing the ground floor with a living room and a garden does not exist for guests, ur actually on the second floor (attic) second of all, there is no mention that the owner is actually living inside the house while you are booked, and not only that the owner is living there, but there is only one way in and out and absolutely every time you go down and up, no matter the hour, the lady owner is staying in her living room or bedroom with her doors open and coming in front of you every time, making us feel uncomfortable, also when shes sleeping she does it with her door open to hear and see everything, and the next day asking question about when you came and so on, we always felt like when we were 14 and sneaking from our parents, there is absolutely no privacy, also she will come in your rooms (there is a small dining room and the bedroom) knocking and entering if she needed something .. after all its her house, also when we were in the garden one time, coz we asked her if we could smoke, she had a visitor and immediately asked us to go up because she has a visitor, no respect for the guest at all. my worst problem was the privacy, she is always in your face all the time, you cannot move or talk or do anything without her listening, also us hearing what she does because of the open doors all the time. also have to mention that the price is for a place you stay by your self not with the owner in the same time in the property. but even so, other places that have the owner inside keep the minimum privacy and not like this as it makes us fell like were being watched and listened to 24/24…

Super friendly host but no more breakfast served

Location is close to town center. Peruvian restaurant around the corner is excellent. Location also close to grocery shops and there is free parking on the street.

The host is no longer serving breakfast to guests. For this reason we believe that the price is too high. The room is located in the house on the second floor with shared entry way. We didn't mind since the host was very friendly. However, during the night one can hear everything else going on in the house.

Ms. Joke was very nice and helpful!!!! I met with a traffic situation and told her I will be running late. She called me and was very responsible. She has lovely cat Lola!!!! Place was very clean. I really liked the wooden pieces of furniture. Place is close to city center by car and bus. We ate dinner at nearby pizza place. Very good quality of dough.

Floor creaked as it was wooden but it can’t be helped.

El barrio es súper silencioso, hay un supermercado muy cerca y varias tiendas y restaurantes alrededor. La mejor pizzería de la ciudad justo al lado, buena calidad, buen precio y camareros agradables.

Muy bien todo. Pero la próxima vez que vaya le pediré a Joke un pequeño microondas para poder cenar una pequeña sopa algún día :).

Prima verblijf bij een warme gastvrouw ! Respect !

Het is even 2 trappen omhoog maar dan heb je ook de hele verdieping : woonkamer, slaapkamer, badkamer en apart toilet. In die nostalgische woonkamer zie je de vele herinneringen van Joke aan haar mooie designer leven. Joke is een opgewekte, vriendelijke en warme gastvrouw. Veel respect dat ze dit op haar - toch aardig gevorderde - leeftijd nog steeds doet !

De twee trappen op en de vloer kraakt. Wat in de nacht wat luid kan zijn.

Fijn verblijf, alsof je bij je tante logeert.

Vriendelijk ontvangst. Hele verdieping voor jezelf, met klein kantoortje, badkamer, aparte wc en slaapkamer met heerlijk groot bed. Leuke kat.

Derde verdieping op zolder, dus beter om niet te zware koffer mee te sjouwen. Stoffige roosters en stopcontacten.

Hele bovenverdieping voor onszelf. Ligging erg prettig, op 12 minuten fietsafstand van het centrum. Dichtbij meerdere eettentjes voor ontbijt en (afhaal) diner. Lieve gastvrouw.

Ik miste alleen een haakje bij de wastafel om de handdoek op te hangen.
