unique penthouse apartment on the very first beach line with panoramic sea view and all day sunshine for rent. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 terraces, 7 persons, WIFI, satellite TV, large pool and community garden right on the beach!

We rent our unique beach apartment PENTHOUSE BERMUDA BEACH 6 on the Costa del Sol.
The apartment is very spacious (260m²) and therefore offers a lot of space and comfort. The furniture is very high quality and was kept in the Spanish style. On the ground floor you will find large living rooms, the fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet and a storage room. The living room has a large dining area for up to 6 people and a comfortable living area with 2 large sofas and a chair. If you sit in the living room, you look directly out to the open sea! From the living room you have direct access to the 60m² large, partially covered, main terrace. Here you can enjoy your breakfast or dinner relaxing in the sun and listening to the sea. Here you have a large lounge suite consisting of a 3-and a 2-seater sofa and a chair. There is also a large dining table and a barbecue. On this terrace you expect an additional 4 (!) Sunbeds. Through an internal staircase leads to the 1st floor, wch all bedrooms are located. All bedrooms are very spacious and have built-in closets with more than enough storage space. The master bedroom is very spacious and offers a double bed and a private en-suite full bath with double sink, toilet, bidet and bath with shower. In front of the master bedroom and the second guest room is a second large terrace with a second garden table and 2 more sun loungers. If you lie in your bed, look out to the open sea! The remaining bedrooms share a shower room in the hallway. An interior staircase leads to the second floor, where the 45m² roof terrace is located. From this terrace you can enjoy a beautiful all-round view over the entire coast from Estepona to Gibraltar and North Africa. Sun-hungry people have direct sunshine here until late at night.
The complex "El Mirador the Bermuda Beach" is located directly on the beach and has its own tennis court and a large garden with pools and all right on the sea.
Within walking distance is a very good restaurant with open assador and the ALBAYT Golf & Country Club with first-class SPA, indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, Turkish bath and tennis courts.
