About this house rental
This beautiful home, built in 2011 was recently redecorated, boasts ocean and Block Island views from the second floor living room, primary bedroom balcony and front deck. Salt pond views from the dining room, second floor side deck and backyard hammock. Built in an upside down layout, featuring 2 bedrooms on the first floor (2 bunk beds in 1 room, queen bed in second bedroom), 4 piece bathroom, floor living room with pull out sofa 50 inch TV and laundry room with half bathroom; second floor has open floor plan with living room with TV, vintage gaming station, dining room and kitchen w/ gas stove, primary bedroom, with TV and 3 piece en suite bathroom and Juliette balcony, and additional half bathroom. Dual zone central air conditioning and direct hot water. Backyard has stone patio, hammock and enclosed outdoor shower with hot water and foot wash; gas grill outside dining room/kitchen on upper deck . Walk to salt pond only 350 feet for kayaking. Charlestown Beach 1000 yards. Public bathroom facilities available at the beach. Boat launch 1 block away as well as kayak rental. The house was beautiful and immaculately kept, but still homey and comfortable. You could see the Sound from multiple views. We had a front row seat to watch a Nor'easter roll in during our stay. The beach was a minutes drive down the road. The grounds were beautiful, and had the weather cooperated, we would have enjoyed the multiple decks more and napped in the hammock.

Get away with 6 friends and mother nature did not cooperate for our stay, the beach house was so lovely it made the bad weather not so bad! Definitely would stay again and hope to see the sun with the beach so close by.

The house looked the same as the pics in the listing. That is not always the case. It is bright and airy. You can see both the ocean(frontal view)and a pond to the right side. Love the wrap around deck with white Adirondack chairs. So many large windows. It was well stocked with kitchen utensils, pans etc. if you choose to cook @home. Love that you could walk to the beach. I don't think we had one complaint! That's not always the case as well. rent it Great communication with the owners. Would definitely, rent it again.
