Conveniently located and the owner and staff are very cordial. There are cute kitties whose presence just elevates the property.
Mosquitoes were a problem but that cannot be avoided because of the greenery all around. Carry mosquito repellent if wishing you stay here. The washroom didn't have adequate hangers for the clothes.

The host was too good and considerate. Affordable budget stay with swimming pool. Had the best night stay at Alappuzha. Tea was provided on check in which was totally unexpected.

Clean spacious room. We came for the pool, mainly. It wassparkling clean and we enjoyed. Also, their breakfast was so filling.

Johnson himself is a relaxed and polite person, and he tried to help us with a couple of queries. The bed was comfortable. The location is close to both the beach and the city center.
Unfortunately, the owner’s relaxed attitude seems to have negatively affected the cleanliness of the property. Cleanliness was well below expectations compared to other places we stayed in Alleppuzha. The garden and entrance were poorly maintained and in need of significant work. The floors in the hallway, stairs, and our room were dirty, with dust and debris sticking to our feet. The house looked very messy. In the room, the shower and toilet were not very clean, and no blanket was provided.
