About this house rental

Gorgeous, newly built contemporary ultra modern house with open-space kitchen, bedroom - 1 master suite, and twin bed rooms in the upper floor , one guest suite in lower floor. This house has everything you can think about. All amenities, gourmet kitchen, free parking on premises. Large garden with a pool and beautiful brook crossing the property.
Lower floor includes game room and video room with latest technologies, as well as a mini-kitchen. Fast WiFi in every room , lots of workspaces. Fits 4 adults or large family. Lots of parking space on drive way.
Fast WiFi and multiple workplaces all around the house.
(Use of the pool heater will be additional charge)

We stayed in this house to do multiple one day trips. First, arriving from 8 hours away, the owner was flexible with us on check in times. It’s within 5-7 miles of downtown Boston, which unfortunately still takes close to 30 minutes to get to due to traffic. Pool was beautiful. We had a couple bumps in the road with an AC issue and some other small issues. Both the property manager and owner were very responsive and solved our issues in a swift manner. Would definitely stay here again when looking for a VRBO in the Boston area.
