The location is perfect, inside the city, all walking distance. Super clean and marvelous view, also very helpful and polite personell. Overall I would say suberb choice.
The only drawback is that there is no bar service for a nice fredo coffee and no breakfast room, however it is compensated from a gift basket inside the room and a big freeze and freezer inside the room, you can walk anywhere and you can get your own supplies. So, not so much of a husstle because everything is just 5 minutes walk. So, not really a downside, just a remark.

Das Thea Hotel liegt leicht erhöht in der Nähe des Fähranlegers in Marmari.
Freundliches Personal, moderne Zimmereinrichtung, es gab sogar eine Waschmaschine im Appartement. Die Ausstattung fast perfekt - es fehlte nur die Kaffeemaschine, aber an der Hotelbar konnte man sich einen Kaffee holen.
Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts war wenig los, so kamen wir in den Genuss eines kostenlosen Zimmerupgrades.

Wonderful stay at Thea Hotel. Delighted to receive a room upgrade from Maria which had spectacular views from the balcony. Very clean, very comfortable lovely staff.
Only improvement we could think of would be a couch or some comfy chairs in the apartment living room space.
