About this cottage rental
This property consists of a charming traditional rural house with capacity for 4 people.
The property is located in a quiet area, surrounded by nature, on a 14000 m2 estate full of trees, with a swimming pool (9.5 x 4.5 m) and a 600 m2 garden surrounding the house. It has impressive views of the countryside and the Serra de Tramuntana (World Heritage Site). The sunsets are unforgettable.
It is a traditional 19th century country house renovated in 2007 preserving all its charm. Its interiors are made of stone with beamed ceilings and decorated in a rustic style. It has 3 bedrooms: a double and a single on the ground floor and another double on the loft. It also has a kitchen-dining room and a bathroom. Attached to the house there is another bathroom and the laundry room.
Outside there are three areas with a table to choose a different environment for each meal: one in the pool area, another under a north-facing porch and another under a lush pergola next to the barbecue.
It has covered parking for two vehicles, and free Wi-Fi outside and in the house.
On the farm is located the meteorological station that transmits the data of the area to the various weather programs on national television.

Alles tip top. Sehr schönes Objekt einwandfrei ausgestattet und auch bei 40°C kein Problem da teilklimatisiert und auch ventiliert. Flugzeuge haben wir wahrgenommen, hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Wir haben 10 Tage lang unseren Familienurlaub (4 Personen) auf dem Anwesen verbringen dürfen und haben es jeden Tag genossen. Das Haus und die Grünanlage drum herum sind sehr gepflegt, der Pool ist ein Traum. Es ist eine kleine grüne Oase, mit einer technischen Meisterleistung an automatischen Bewässerungssystemen. Am 1. Tag wurden wir von den Vermietern sehr herzlich empfangen und konnten sogar einige Stunden früher einchecken. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Kühlschrank bereits mit dem Wichtigsten gefüllt, sodass wir nicht direkt einkaufen mussten und entspannt ankommen konnten. Miquel und seine Frau sind alle 2-3 Tage vor Ort um die üppige Grünanlage in Schuss zu halten, was uns in keinster Weise gestört hat. Sie haben sich sehr diskret im Hintergrund gehalten und sich einen Tag vorher via WhatsApp angemeldet. Gleichzeitig waren sie jederzeit für uns ansprechbar und immer hilfsbereit. Es wurden Handtücher für die Bäder und zusätzlich für den Pool bereitgestellt und diese nach 5 Tagen gewechselt. Bettwäsche war in doppelter Ausführung vorhanden. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir möchten uns hiermit noch einmal herzlich für die schöne Zeit bedanken. Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen :)

We just spent a week, my family and I, at this lovely house of Llubi. Everything was beyond our expectation, starting by the owners who were very kind and welcoming. We had surprises on the fridg upon arrival, a bottle of champagne half way in the week and a nice present at departure, not to mention all the precious advices that this adorable couple gave to us to ensure a pleasant stay for us. The house itself was perfect. It has been recently renovated with a lot of taste and love. It is very charming and very functional. The location is ideal if you want to discover the island since it is very central. We cannot find a thing that was not at our entire satisfaction. We will be back for sure. Many thanks to both of you.
