有廚房鍋具與調料，冰箱有吐司、果醬和蛋做為早餐自取自備。戶外有沖水設備可先洗去海沙以及洗衣機可脫水或洗衣，也有足夠的晾曬衣服空間。棉被與浴巾很香，很有家的舒適感
