The location was good once you find it, but the property is hard to locate within a maze of alleyways. There is a very nice reading/common room, an outdoor kitchen and patio area that anyone can use while there.
The staff is reasonable getting you checked-in and out, but if you need help with anything, you'll be interrupting their day as there isn't any staff on site during the day. Beware of the mosquitos!

Decent location, within walking distance to main attractions. Old traditional decor look - although it doesn’t look as good as the pictures.
Overall setting and facilities are not comparable to the price. Breakfast was very poor - a simple gua bao and soup, instant coffee, and two small pieces of guava. Washing machine and drying area at the rooftop were also old and poorly maintained.
