Ottima posizione, centralissima ma lontano dai rumori. Casa con soggiorno spazioso. Bello spazio esterno ma le fotografie purtroppo non rendono l'idea della sua bellezza, forse perché scattate in una giornata senza sole. Cucina dotata di ogni comodità, piena di bicchieri, posate, stoviglie belle e tutti i piccoli elettrodomestici. Pulizia perfetta.
Le camere da letto meno belle del resto della casa. La camera matrimoniale un po' angusta, con un letto di dimensioni ridotte, affaccia direttamente in strada, al piano terra. Le due camere con letti singoli non hanno finestre sull'esterno ma sono comunque comode. Fornite di cassetti e armadio.
