About this house rental
Two storied house with stunning sea views from North End of Waihi Beach to Bowentown and beyond. House looks directly out to Mayor Island from upper story. Can see many islands to north and south on clear days. View of sand dunes from lower level. Large reserve to north side so no neighbours and very private.
Reserve frontage - only 100m from beach - more than 180 degree vista of surrounding hills and sea.
Upper level features kitchen/dining, living - TV, two bedrooms and one bathroom.
Master bedroom features a large area with one double bed and relaxing area to sit and contemplate the view.
2nd bedroom (small) contains two single beds which if preferred can be put together to make one king sized bed.
Kitchen contains ceramic hob, separate wall oven, Microwave, air fryer, fridge and one dish-drawer dishwasher, coffee plunger and older model espresso coffee machine.
Bathroom contains one shower, vanity and toilet.
Lower level has one bedroom containing a king sized bed (2 singles put together), a bedroom chair and wall mounted TV.
Kitchenette/laundry downstairs with microwave/convection oven, plug-in hotplates, sink and under bench fridge with under bench front loader washing machine.
Bathroom - with bath-sized spa bath, vanity and toilet
Another large room has one queen bed and 3 single beds, seating and TV.

The location is absolutely stunning! Judy was great to communicate with and very lovely to talk to. It was a great place to stay with three generations and not be stepping on each other's toes.
