    두번째 방문이었는데 방문할 때 마다 좋았어요. 늘 깨끗하고 리조트 내 풍경도 너무 좋아요. 가격이 조금 비싸긴 하지만 이 정도 만족감이면 다른 애매하게 비싼 호텔 가는 것보다 좋을거같아요. 위치도 중문이라 좋고요. 앞으로도 제주도 여행 가면 하루는 꼭 이 곳에서 묵고싶어요.

    I booked for 2 adults and 3 children but when I arrived, hotel insisted they only see booking for 4 pax and forced me to pay for additional person. Even after I showed my confirmation and checking with their management, they refused to acknowledge my Agoda booking and insisted I pay again. Aside to this I asked for room change from traditional Korean room and downgrade to 2 normal double rooms. Reason was that the traditional room bathroom door windows were see through. This was agreed at no cost, and I didn’t ask for them to pay me the difference. When I contacted Agoda about the miscommunication in booking pax, they spoke with hotel, and this is when things turned bizarre. Agoda helpedesk’s account was that hotel told Agoda that they upgraded me to a suite and gave me another room for free. Then in another instance they said they upgraded me to a larger traditional room. And few other times they said that they had waived the extra charge for the 5 pax. And they kept changing their story each time Agoda spoke with them. I am assuming Agoda help desk is telling the truth, and IF they are it’s quite shocking to see how this business firstly refuse to acknowledge booking details made with their travel partners and then she queried, lie about what happened The small saving grace was the high level of empathy shown by the person at front desk and luckily I asked for itemized receipt showing that I had to pay for the fifth pax and also very clearly my room number which can be proven that it was a run of the mill room and not a suite or any premium room. As travellers in this day and age, trust is key when using third party booking apps. I feel that The Seaes was trying to cheat me by forcing me to pay what I already did or else find another place to stay. It doesn’t matter that facilities and food is good because we do not feel safe and that they can charge me for anything they want or else get out If what the hotel said was fabricated by Agoda helpdesk, then I take back what I say about hotel and with apologies. And Agoda should consider reviewing the integrity of their client facing team.

    The rooms at Seaes Hotel are clean and comfortable, if not a little dated. Unfortunately, it was very humid outside and so that impacted our use of the outside space. The staff were friendly enough but their English was minimal. The food at both restaurants was below average for Korea and the breakfast was very disappointing. Overall, the hotel is okay but certainly not worth the steep price.
