Situated in a coffee estate, lush greenery, away from traffic and noise. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Helpful and friendly owner couple and serving staff

Great place. Home is inside a coffee estate.
It is old home however renovated for homestay.
For groups and family very enjoyable place.
Small play area in front of house for some leisure sport.
Homemade food. Amazing breakfast. Nice tea and coffee.
Host helped us to settle, she was courteous enough to allow room use after checkout for a quick change, we needed to change our dress after returning from mullayyanagiri peak due to rain.
No mobile network. However Property has Wi-Fi.
There is no TV, Microwave oven, Room heater… these are not essentials. Depending on personal needs may be required

Decent location, Easy reach, Silent place. Very near to the check post, just at the beginning of Chikmagalur.
No View of mountain or nature.
Average Breakfast, not impressive.
Don’t expect additional food items like sides during campfire even after request on pay.
Too much Conservative family and restrictions.
