L’accueil très sympathique et serviable Petit déjeuner très varié et de très bonne qualité Équipement très bon (literie clim)

Deco un peu fade Très peu d’offre restauration le soir dans le village (tout était fermé un samedi soir de fin août)

L'accueil préparé et personnalisé. La table réservée au restaurant ( on ne l'avait pas demandé mais espéré). La conduite à la chambre. La literie, le nombre d'oreillers, l'eau préparée, etc...

Juste pour aider : les œufs brouillés, excellents, étaient froids bien que sur une plaque chauffante. C'est un réglable très fins à faire pour qu'ils ne soient pas durs et trop cuits. Pour ma part et pour laisser la responsabilité au client, je mettrais un petit micro-ondes.

Very clean with free private parking. Staff were welcoming and the food of the restaurant was delicious.

The shower head is a bit blocked and water flies everywhere.

Lovely setting in the village.

Unfortunately when we arrived on the Sunday there were 3 massive celebrations occurring. All the staff were attending to the large groups and when the receptionist attended to us at exactly 3pm we were told there was no food available to us either then or later. The bar wasnt available and when i asked about a garden i had seen in the photographs she said it closed at 6. When I asked where we could go go for food she said there was nowhere in the village. We would have to drive back into Pau. Luckily I looked on Google and found a takeaway pizza open a five minute walk away. The next morning we found a lovely hotel restaurant practically next door so we had breakfast there and if we returned to Morlass we would stay there.
