The room was a good size, the b d was very comfortable. The bath was a good size. BUT. The carpet and decoration was tired. The bath took ages to fill, the pipes were 15mm and should be 22mm. For the price it is very well worth the niggles.

The problem with the hotel is the lower and middle management - which means that you spend time there resisting anger. Information on one website suggested a different price to that charged (which they subsequently amended but never reimbursed for their mistake) and the Agoda website mentions in a list of other services - not not a service singled out for mention idf one had to pay for it. Payment was only demanded at the end of the stay - as an afterthought- and had never been mentioned when they demaded the tourist tax (€1.50! on check in).The room and hotel were unexceptional. Nicer and cheaper elsewhere unless there is nowhere else left - hence the last minute deals available. It goes without saying that they have refuse (rather unpleasantly) to reimburse. Shame on them for treating clients in this way. A hotel,. and a hotel group to be avoided.

Great place, fantastic location, spacious room, great breakfast and cappuccino. Only improvement will be heating control. I like 21C
