Friendly staff.
Beautiful location.
Room keys were outdated and would stop working.
Had to replace room keys multiple times.
Long walk to reception/main road from our room.
Smell from sewage in the toilet.
Poor breakfast.

The hotel is right in front of a beautiful sandy beach with sun beds available.
One of the bars is right by the beach to enjoy some drinks without leaving your spot.

Everything was exceptional. The staff was super helpful and nice. The location is very good , you have a nice sea view from the hotel, with a nice sandy beach. The food was good and diversified, the rooms were also very clean. The hotel helped us with the transfer from the aeroport and upgraded our rooms from pool view to sea view for free. I encourage you to choose this hotel.
In front of the hotel is the public bus station and you can go to Chania(2€ per person and the trip is 20 minutes long).
