We stayed there for a night but what can I tell about this hotel !! Location ? Amazing . Staff always smiling and willing to help. Restaurant and pools were clean and quite comfortable!
What impressed us the most was the stuff at the bar during the night! Stratos and Yiannos if I spell them names correctly!
Stratos with his intelligent sense of humor was not only there to give us the drink but to have a small talk with us every time we wanted to with a huge smile on his face !! Special thanks to this guy for making our night there and recommending some amazing places to visit in chania !!
Yiannos as well was very efficient and quite fast on picking up the empty glasses from our table !
We definitely recommend this hotel and looking forward to come back !!

The accommodation offers an excellent sea view. It is conveniently located near various amenities, including shops and restaurants. The bed and pillows provide a high level of comfort. Furthermore, the room service was exceptional, with thoughtful touches such as complimentary wine and fruit.
The hotel's current state reflects a need for improved maintenance and refurbishment in certain areas. Specifically, the dining area and other sections of the hotel do not align with pictures provided.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It has an excellent location, just a short walk from the beach, and two great pool areas. The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and we appreciated being able to explore local restaurants for lunch and dinner. Our room came with a private pool, which was a real highlight and made our stay even more relaxing.
There was a slight odor in the room, and some parts of the building are showing signs of wear and could benefit from some maintenance. While signs clearly stated that reserving sunbeds was not allowed, this was unfortunately not enforced – you had to be up early to get one, especially by the pool near the sea, where many loungers sat “reserved” for hours with towels but no guests. At other hotels, staff remove towels after 20 minutes, and this would be a great improvement here. The gym was very basic, and adding even a small selection of free weights would make a difference. Some rooms have terraces right next to stairways or elevators, and it would be much better if these were smoke-free, as we had to pass through cigarette smoke daily to reach our room.

Location
Been comimg for years and it's gone down hill bad. Annual tourist are not taken care of any longer and it's only about the Scandinavian people.
Closing a pool at 6pm is unbelievable.
Food is downgraded. They cut thier veg like 2 days before serving and they are dry. They shut cafe machine off after breakfast which is horrible service.
There are many reasons why I won't come back .
