Nice and clean hotel

Clean room, freindly and helpful staff. Would return anytime. Also the Metro station right next to the hotel is great. I loved that there was free parking available!

Staff is very helpful and good and everything else is totally waste no value for money not even a hot water kettle was available

It was bad experience

Really nothing much

Hotel was hot, no air conditioner , they would not offer water bottles initially and did not have dental, coffee kettle , the breakfast same everyday with very limited options . On the day of arrival which was at 11:45 PM , notified in advance . There was no one at the hotel and had to wait for two hours for access card provision

Very comfortable connection to U ban only a 3-4 min walking, , very good internet connection, tasty breakfast including fruits, clean place, possibility for parking.

It is a little noisy from tje street and U ban, but when the window is closed it is ok. No darkening blinds on the window

Location was good

Room not clean reception did not want us to enter as she did not know that Pfizer was a recognised vaccine and we had 2 shots plus booster, took long to explain that Pfizer is recognised On bookings.com they mentioned parking was free, at the hotel they wanted to charge me 5 euros to park in front of the hotel

Nice breakfast room with a good view into the green. A big selection of Breakfastfood an Coffee. Room was clean an comfortable. Only thing i missed was a waterheater.

The light in the corridor was a little bit to dark.

Katastrophe

Wir hatten alles ordnungsgemäß gebucht, bekamen aber keinen Zutritt ins Hotel. Das Türöffungssystem mit Code funktionierte nicht. Es war bitterkalt und wir mussten Nachts unsere Heimreise antreten. Die Hotline war nicht erreichbar. (Wir waren in dieser Nacht nicht die einzigen, denen es so ging) Nach später durchgeführten Telefonat /e-mail wurde uns die Kostenerstattung mehrmals angekündigt. Bis heute ist nichts überwiesen!!! Nicht Empfehlenswert!

bezahlbare und komfortable unterkunft mit eigenen parkplätzen, u-bahn vor der tür

abgelegen, keine unterhaltungsangebote in der nähe, merkwürdig: ein kaffeepad im zimmer, kein tee. kaffee wurde bei mir nicht nachgefüllt, dafür hatte mein zimmernachbar zwei erhalten. andererseits hatte ich bei der ankunft einen obst/snack-teller, er nicht....

Personal an der Rezeption trotz Unterforderung mittelmäßig motiviert. Duschabtrennung zu knapp. Erfordert Geschick, um das Bad nicht zu überschwemmen.

Prima verblijf, niet heel bijzonder, voor liefhebbers van goed ontbijt zou ik elders kijken!

Bedden waren goed, geluidsisolatie was goed.

Ontbijt had beter gekund, was vrij karig en werd niet heel goed bijgehouden (beschimmeld fruit). Personeel was niet altijd even vriendelijk.

Lage gut, Frühstück verbessern dann passt es

Die Aussicht beim Frühstück ist sehr schön, große Fenster und gepflegt.

Leider war eine gewisse Auswahl vorhanden aber wurde von dem Mitarbeiter eher lieblos gepflegt. Das Ei ( gekochtes Ei) war kalt, der Behälter der die Eier aufbewahrt war nicht eingeschaltet, das Rührei war nicht wirklich ansprechend, definitiv zu wenig Käse, wurde auch nicht wieder aufgefüllt.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet, das Bett komfortabel

Teppichboden in Zimmer ist für mich ein no go, die Luft ist sofort schlecht. Das Zimmer war Richtung Strasse, wenn die U-Bahn fährt, hört man sie deutlich (daher hatte wir ein ruhiges Zimmer angefragt)
