Good size house ! Backyard was a little smaller than excepted. Loved the shaded patio.
It was the first week of 100 degree weather. Definitely should have paid to heat the pool tho, it got to 75 but the difference in temperature from outside to pool made the pool to cold for me to enjoy.
House had everything we could need or think of.
The 3 bedrooms upstairs were great.
The master bedroom on the main floor could use a closet and the extra room above is great for the extra guests but no closet or separate door.
Plenty of space for us all tho !
My daughter and nephew loved the desks for homework space. My daughter also enjoyed the treadmill, as she is currently training for her track meets.

This location was perfect for our recent trip. It was north of Phoenix but good for where we need to be. It was spacious with TVs in most rooms. It would be good for more than one family. The owner was very responsive when there was an issue with the pool.

We had a wonderful time. The house was the perfect size for all 7 of us to have our own space. We all enjoyed the pool, especially my grandkids 5 and 10 years old. The owner was extremely easy to work with and get ahold of when we needed him. Would definitely recommend this home. Thanks for everything Paul.
