This lovely home in gorgeous rural setting has 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths with whirlpool tub in Master bath and separate shower. Great eat-in kitchen with all the amenities in addition to separate dining room. Living room is very spacious and able to accommodate the entire crew. Washer and dryer room as well as access to a 2-car garage. Great for family vacations, hunting trips, fishing access, or just some peace and quiet - no matter what time of year. Stunning in the fall and spring. Close to Fayetteville and Eureka Springs and just over an hour to Branson, MO and Silver Dollar City.

The hostess was very nice & responsive. It's a beautifully furnished & well cared for house in a gorgeous location. It had excellent amenities as listed in the description. The front walkway exterior decorations were a variety of small animal statues nestled in amongst the front entryway steps, with nice landscaping leading to the decorative glass paned front entry door. The large wooden back deck contained outdoor seating & a barbeque grill with a set of steps leading to the nicely mowed very large yard(s) with a few shade trees dotting the landscape. There were plenty of extra towels and bedding available, if needed. The complete kitchen had everything needed for preparing and serving food. The master bath contained a large size triangular shaped jetted tub, along with a separate shower, double vanity countertop, and a large walk-in wardrobe closet.The smaller guest bedroom contained a queen size bed & the other guest bedroom had two twin size beds. The office area had a twin size bed made up as a day bed, along with a small work size desk (with a printer) & a pull-out low stool.The laundry room included the machines, along with spaces to hang items or articles of clothing.The sectional couch in the living room was very comfortable, with a large size TV over the fireplace.Various pieces of vintage furniture were mixed in with the more modern furniture styles for a pleasant, attractive and visually appealing appearance to the bedrooms & two dining areas.

We absolutely love this property. This was our second time staying here with a large group of family and our 2 dogs. The property is very well maintained, clean, and fully stocked with all the essentials. The owner is friendly, easy to reach, and very accommodating. She answered all of our questions promptly through the app before we arrived and even checked in with us during our stay. The house is large and has all the room you need for up to 10 people. We really enjoyed grilling out on the spacious deck and seeing all the wildlife in the backyard and adjacent cow pasture. We ventured down to the creek nearby to swim and and let the dogs splash around. The entire area is absolutely beautiful. We also enjoyed driving a short distance to the state park and hiking a couple of trails before taking a dip in the park's swimming pool. This rental property is everything we hoped for and we'll definitely be back a third time.
