The hostess was very nice & responsive. It's a beautifully furnished & well cared for house in a gorgeous location. It had excellent amenities as listed in the description. The front walkway exterior decorations were a variety of small animal statues nestled in amongst the front entryway steps, with nice landscaping leading to the decorative glass paned front entry door. The large wooden back deck contained outdoor seating & a barbeque grill with a set of steps leading to the nicely mowed very large yard(s) with a few shade trees dotting the landscape. There were plenty of extra towels and bedding available, if needed. The complete kitchen had everything needed for preparing and serving food. The master bath contained a large size triangular shaped jetted tub, along with a separate shower, double vanity countertop, and a large walk-in wardrobe closet.The smaller guest bedroom contained a queen size bed & the other guest bedroom had two twin size beds. The office area had a twin size bed made up as a day bed, along with a small work size desk (with a printer) & a pull-out low stool.The laundry room included the machines, along with spaces to hang items or articles of clothing.The sectional couch in the living room was very comfortable, with a large size TV over the fireplace.Various pieces of vintage furniture were mixed in with the more modern furniture styles for a pleasant, attractive and visually appealing appearance to the bedrooms & two dining areas.

We absolutely love this property. This was our second time staying here with a large group of family and our 2 dogs. The property is very well maintained, clean, and fully stocked with all the essentials. The owner is friendly, easy to reach, and very accommodating. She answered all of our questions promptly through the app before we arrived and even checked in with us during our stay. The house is large and has all the room you need for up to 10 people. We really enjoyed grilling out on the spacious deck and seeing all the wildlife in the backyard and adjacent cow pasture. We ventured down to the creek nearby to swim and and let the dogs splash around. The entire area is absolutely beautiful. We also enjoyed driving a short distance to the state park and hiking a couple of trails before taking a dip in the park's swimming pool. This rental property is everything we hoped for and we'll definitely be back a third time.

We were in town for our twin nephews’ graduation. Everyone who was coming from our family was able to stay here with room to spare. We even hosted a last-minute makeshift post-graduation dinner for the entire family with ease. The house is very clean and, for our family, in the perfect location. Spacious with large lot and not setting right on street. It’s quiet and the neighborhood homes do not crowd this property. Fireplace felt and looked good on cold mornings and nights, the kitchen was a great size and master bedroom with bathroom tempted all of us. The NW of Arkansas has multiple adventures and this home will allow you to rest and relax when you arrive for the evening.

My family enjoyed this beautiful home that was hosted by an amazing caring person. The host ended up call us to just tell my mother happy mother days. The property is just breathtaking with a amazing view in the backyard. The pictures on the profile doesn't give justice to how amazing this place was. This listing is perfect for family that want to hangout. Must go check out war eagle and beaver lake that is close by.

My wife, 3 kids, and my father met in NW Arkansas to spend a long weekend together. Upon arrival at the property the key to enter the property wasn’t where the host had said. I looked all over and couldn’t locate it. I tried to contact the host and wasn’t able to reach her. Later my wife and kids located the key and we were able to get inside. The house is good size and so is the property. I was surprised to find many of the bathrooms were missing hand soap. We enjoyed hiking around this area, spending time on the back deck, and just being together as family. Although the house is spacious most of the living room furniture is dated and not very comfortable. The last night of our stay there was a horrible smell coming from the hallway bathroom. I contacted the host and she apologized and refunded a small amount. Overall the host was helpful and the house was in a nice area with a pretty view.

My family has stayed at this location numerous times over the last several years and we always have a wonderful experience. We had to travel last minute after the unexpected loss of my FIL and they made sure the house was cleaned and ready to go in just a few hours once we requested to book the property that day. We weren’t sure how long we would be there since we hadn’t planned the funeral yet and they were willing to help us add on to the stay as needed. We will be back again for sure! They even checked on us during our stay. A sweet neighbor didn’t know us, or my husband’s family, but knew we were in town after a sudden death and brought us cookies.

Miriam always goes above and beyond with this property. We’ve stayed here prior to this visit and loved the location and layout for all of us to stay in one house. We had a death in the family and needed the house on short notice to attend the funeral and Miriam was able to get us in without any hiccups. We will absolutely book this property again in the future.

This is a quiet, comfortable home in a nice neighborhood of newer acreage homes. Check in was easy and we enjoyed the central location. Easy to get to Fayetteville and Eureka Springs. Very close to Huntsville, where there is a grocery store, a few good cafes, shopping and fast food restaurants. We saw a number of deer in the back yard throughout our stay.

We booked this awesome house at the last minute coming back from the Buffallo River and werent ready to go back to the city! Miriam allowed us to bring our dogs, who LOVED the yard and space as well as my husband, 17 to daughter and her friend. The kitchen was fantastic, beds were primo and the deck was the best ever....listened to music til the wee hours of the morning as we star gazed and relaxed! The house was not far from our day trip to Eureka Springs, which we spent the day in on Sat. Loved shopping, people.watching and just chilaxing! The views around here are spectacular and I would recommend staying.when you can seek out all the adventures of the area! Host is fabulous and the house has EVERYTHING you will need! Great place!

It was hard to say goodbye! This house truly feels like a home. Such a great location if you’re needing to get out and reconnect with Mother Nature. The large back porch is the perfect setting to drink your morning coffee and soak up the views. My children got their very first thrill of chasing lighting bugs in the backyard at night while the adults relaxed and admired the crystal clear visibility of the stars. The home has clean, large, inviting rooms with premium linens and comfy beds. Many attractions in multiple different directions make this location a prime center point for a family vacation. And this home has the room to accommodate!

We absolutely loved this property. The house is in a nice neighborhood, but still secluded. It was very quiet and peaceful. Close to a swimming creek, state park with public pool, stores, and restaurants. We enjoyed star gazing at night, watching the deer cross the back yard in the morning, watching movies on the big screen tv provided (cable packages included), and grilling on the big back deck. Beautiful home, very clean, fully stocked with dishes/pots and pans/ grilling supplies, etc. The owner was very accessible and accommodating. The home had plenty of room for a large group or family. We loved that it was pet friendly with no weight or breed restrictions for our two dogs. Definitely would recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful and serene vacation in Arkansas.

We had a great stay in Huntsville visiting our daughter who lives just down the road. It was a quiet neighborhood with lots of room to spread out. We did need to grab some soap for the baths and coffee supplies but it wasn’t really a problem. Great communication with host! Would definitely stay again.

The property host was excellent at responding to messages. The house was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood with large lots. The back deck opens to a pasture. The house has 3 bedrooms plus an office with a bed and door divider for privacy and 2.5 baths. We were looking for a quiet getaway and this checked all the boxes. We would stay there again.

The home was very clean and it was plentiful of towels for a bunch of lady crafters. The kitchen small appliances we needed were all available and the communication with the owner was good on the few questions we had. If I could make a few suggestions to consider, we would love to re- rent next year. The kitchen table only seated 4 and looked as if the chairs had been replaced from the 6 in the photos. The rips in the chair in the living room along with the back busted out of the dinning room furniture made for a few comments from some of the ladies. I said if it is rented to a bunch of hunter men, they probably dont furnish it with newer furniture and I was not bothered by it. Having two real beds or two double beds in the 4th room would be a plus as the trundle bed we found in the closet was not sleepable for an adult. We were expecting a fire pit in the awesome big back yard but it was not advertised as such but would be a plus. We were very happy not to be split apart in hotel rooms for our craft trip and loved the surroundings.
