This independent cottage is surrounded by meadows where Charolais cows graze. You'll enjoy views of the bocage countryside and, below, the Château-Charles forest, famous for its mushrooms. There's a covered terrace, a small private green space, and a large garden shared with the owners, who live nearby. The owners' cats might visit you on the terrace during your stay. Children's play area includes a trampoline, swing, and slide.
The proximity to the A71 motorway exit (1.5 km) makes it ideal for exploring the Allier region for a weekend or a week. Néris-les-Bains, a spa town, is 30 km away.
Ground floor: living room, wood pellet stove, kitchenette, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room (shower/toilet). This bedroom is accessible for people with reduced mobility.
First floor: 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom (bathtub), separate toilet. Mezzanine with desk and relaxation area.
Heating: wood pellets and solar panels.
Heating and electricity charges to be paid on site at the end of your stay.
