In the heart of the village, this detached cottage, attached to the owners' house, offers comfort and leisure activities nearby or in the surrounding area, including access to the owners' swimming pool.
Ground floor: kitchen with dining area, living room, bathroom (shower/toilet).
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom (bathtub), and separate toilet.
Oil-fired central heating included.
The small, private courtyard, secured by a fence, provides access to the owner's swimming pool (8x4m, 1.10m to 1.80m at its deepest point, heated by solar panels and secured by a slatted cover). A private area for the cottage has also been created, with garden furniture and sun loungers.
For those who enjoy strolls and beautiful walks, there is a hiking trail on site, "Circuit des Trois Forêts." CITYPARK is 200m from the cottage. A71 motorway 9 km away, exit 11.
