About this house rental
This beautiful stone house style "Caseddu" is ideal to relax and relax in peace. Located in the countryside with breathtaking views of the valley and the forest, you will overlook the beautiful Golf du Valinco while being 16km from the seaside.
This very bright house offers all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay. Not overlooked, it can accommodate 6 people. It has a living room living room and kitchen all: dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. It is open to the living room with a table, chairs, a 120cm flat screen TV and a sofa bed 2 beds.
It gives direct access to the covered terrace. It includes a large table, outdoor chairs and a plancha.
You will also find:
-Two rooms of 12 m2 with double bed and equipped with a dressing. - A bathroom with an Italian shower, double sinks, heated towel rail and a hair dryer.
-A separate toilet.
-Land room with washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
- A fireplace, air conditioning, connection, WIFI, private parking.
-Baby equipment on request (high chair, cot, crockery for child.)
You will find in the village all that is essential for your holidays such as, -Bar, Restaurant, Grocery, Pizzeria, Post.
This beautiful house is located 16km from Propriano, 1h30 from Ajaccio airport and 1 hour from Figari airport.
Several relaxing and sporting activities in the surrounding area are proposed to you (Natural thermal spring, Canyoning, Hiking, Accro-branch, Prehistoric site, Petanque on the village square and many other nautical activities.)
Pets are not accepted.
Bed and bath linen is included in the cleaning fee which is mandatory and is therefore available to you upon arrival.
Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday for July and August, otherwise 3 night minimum.
A cleaning fee and linen of 60 € is obligatory as well as a deposit of 650 € will be asked you to arrive
