50 m2 apartment in a small house, situated between mountains and sea.
Very close to the seaside resort of Propriano (14 km), and the most beautiful beaches in the area (Cupabia, Porto-Pollo, Campomoro), this property will seduce you with its location, allowing you to discover the riches of the region with much ease.
You can also visit the prehistoric site of Filitosa (10 km) or perform many walks and hikes in the forest (4 km).
Rental includes a bedroom, equipped with a sofa bed living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a small pantry. Completely renovated and tastefully decorated, this apartment benefits from air conditioning and double-glazed windows.
You can also enjoy a nice little garden and barbecue.
Easy access, the village is served by the national road and has all the amenities (grocery, bar-restaurant, post office ...)

Malgré la localisation à côté de la route, l'appartement est très charmant, très fonctionnel et d'une propreté impeccable. Le jardin est vraiment très agréable et les hôtes très accueillants. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir !

Ce qui nous a plu: l'accueil des propriétaires, la propreté, l'espace, la décoration du logement et l'équipement vraiment très complet; tout est prévu et c'est vraiment là extrêmement positif.
Ce qui nous a moins plu: l'environnement bruyant dû à la proximité de la route nationale qui passe au pied du gîte; c'est dommage parce que le jardin comme le reste est très soigné et super équipé.
Le rapport qualité prix en dehors du bruit est excellent.
