Our exclusive beach house is located in Karlshagen in a quiet residential area, only 400m from the beach. The house stands on a 970 sqm plot and offers all the comforts for a luxurious vacation on 148 sqm of living space. On 2 floors you feel like you are on a luxury vacation with up to 6 people, plus 2 children up to 12 years. On the ground floor of the house you will find the spacious living room with an open kitchen. There is also a spacious bathroom with a whirlpool and rain shower, as well as one of the 3 bedrooms with a double bed. The upper floor is divided into the second bathroom with aspen wood sauna and 2 further bedrooms, including 1 bedroom with a double bed, and the second bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds. The house has 2 large terraces with parasols and sun loungers, as well as garden furniture. WLAN-DSL, a bicycle shed and 3 parking spaces are also available. In addition, the house is child-friendly with stair guards, safety sockets, lockable windows, toys, potty, cot, high chair and a hammock. There is also a sandpit in the garden.

Arrival is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and departure is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
