About this apartment rental
The cozy - newly renovated - apartment for 2 - 3 people (2 adults + 1 child up to 12 years) is located in a separate part of the typical North Frisian thatched farmhouse from 1880, in a quiet outskirts of Struckum.
Large balcony with a view of the enchanted farm and orchard.
Separate entrance.
Near the sea (8 km) and 14 km to Husum.
Ideal for couples, families with children, solo travelers, North Sea lovers and as a retreat for intensive work phases.
The living room
The newly renovated 55 sqm apartment is furnished in a Frisian-maritime style. It is located on the upper floor and can be reached via a separate entrance.
The kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and toaster is integrated in the living room. There is a dining area and a sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed (1.30x2m). Satellite TV and internet access.
In the bedroom there is a double bed (2x2m). From here access to the balcony and the spacious bathroom with shower and 2 sinks.
Access for guests
WiFi is available free of charge.
Washer and dryer for an extra charge
Interaction with guests
We work at home and are usually reachable. We always have an open ear for our guests and are happy to give tips and suggestions for trips to the region.
Other important information
The beds are made upon arrival. Towels and tea towels are also provided. The deposit must be paid on arrival.
Please remove the beds upon departure and leave the apartment swept clean. Thank you :-)

Sehr nette Gastgeber,saubere schnuckelige Wohnung , die wir sehr gerne nochmal buchen werden.Bäcker,
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt ,alles mit unseren Fahrrädern erkundet,die auch überdacht untergestellt waren.

Wir haben diese Unterkunft gewählt, weil in der Bewertung" Einzigartig" stand und waren gespannt, ob wir es auch so empfinden würden.
Einzigartig- nein! Da gibt es doch Kleinigkeiten, die nicht zu diesem Urteil führten.
Aber dennoch: es war schön!!! Alles was man brauchte war da. Es war sauber. In den Betten haben wir prima geschlafen.
Die Vermieter waren zurückhaltend und sehr nett.
Alles in allem war es ein gelungener Urlaub

Eine kleine, aber feine und ruhige Wohnung. Ideal für 2 Personen. Die Natur beginnt bereits auf dem Balkon; Rehe und Hasen sind zu beobachten.
Die Wohnung ist bestens eingerichtet. Einzig froh waren wir über unsere eigenen, gut schneidenden Messer. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. ❤️lichen Dank dem freundlichen Gastgeberpaar.

Die Ferienwohnung bei Familie Leitner war genauso schön wie beschrieben! Mitten in der Natur, aber für Ausflüge zentral gelegen! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gern wieder! Der Bäcker ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, ein schöner Morgenspaziergang! Das Einzige, was für uns herausfordernd war, war das kleine unbequeme Sofa am Abend, die 2 Stühle und die Frühstücksbänke waren nicht wirklich eine Alternative. Trotzdem ist die Unterkunft absolut zu empfehlen!
