About this apartment rental
We warmly welcome you to our vacation apartment, which is just under 50 m² in size and located in Bohmstedt, a Frisian village near the coastal town of Husum. Husum is easily accessible by car or bike—here you’ll find not only a wide variety of shopping options but also plenty of opportunities to combine your seaside vacation with the charm of a Frisian town. The cozy apartment is furnished in a country-style and meets a modern, high standard. It is located in a section of the building attached to our home. You can relax or have a barbecue in our guest garden; there’s playground equipment for children, and you’re welcome to visit our farm animals. Our chickens provide fresh eggs for breakfast… or enjoy our homemade jam.
The village of Bohmstedt has its own rural and peaceful charm. The apartment offers everything you need for the perfect vacation, especially for cyclists, hikers, and those seeking relaxation. You can breathe in the salty North Sea air at the nearest swimming spot, about 12 km away, or take a dip in the cool water. The ferry terminals for lovely excursions to the Halligen, as well as the islands of Pellworm, Föhr, Amrum, or Sylt, are also easily and quickly accessible.
Perhaps you’d also like to use your stay to take trips to the Baltic Sea—the port cities of Flensburg and Kiel are just under an hour away by car. Neighboring Denmark is also easily accessible by car and train and is very popular with guests for shopping.

Wir sind sehr herzlich bei Fam. S aufgenommen worden. Die Ferienwhg. hat alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Auch leckere Eier bekommt man bei Bedarf direkt von glücklichen Hühner vor Ort. Bohmstedt liegt sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig , so das man mit dem Auto in 10 min in Husum ist. Auch Ausflüge ins Umland sind bei der herrlichen Landschaft ein Genuss und schnell erreichbar. Gegenüber ist ein Restaurant bei dem man regionale Spezialität genießen kann. Rechtzeitige Reservierung ist nötig! Es lohnt sich. Brötchen und süße Stückle erhält man beim Bäcker ( 10min Fußweg ) auch am Sonntag. Wer also keine Stadtstress sondern die Ruhe auf dem Land sucht , ist hier genau richtig . Fam. S hat uns auch einzige Ausflug -Tipps bei einem Gläschen Wein auf ihrer Terrasse gegeben. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt bei Ihnen 😊. Wir haben uns gut erholt .

Urlaub bei einer super netten Gastfamilie, bei der man sich fühlt wie bei guten Freunden zu Besuch und nicht als Mieter. Einfach ein gelungener Kurzurlaub. Wir sehen uns wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, was die Erholung definitiv steigert.
Auch wenn der Ort klein und ruhig ist, ist alles sehr gut erreichbar. Wir haben viele Tagestouren unternommen, z.B. nach Flensburg.
Der Vermieter war sehr nett und alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir wollten einen Urlaub zwischen Nord- und Ostsee. Die Lage der FeWo war für die vielen Ausflüge günstig gelegen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und die Wohnung gut eingerichtet. Also sehr zu empfehlen!
