Wir kommen wieder und hoffen , dass die Mängel dann beseitigt worden sind.

Die Lage mit Blick auf Yachthafen und Kieler Förde ist außergewöhnlich ! Sehr nah der Strand und die Promenade, alles ganz toll gemacht !!!! Der Fischbrötchenwagen ganz in der Nähe hat die absolut besten Fischbrötchen . jeden Tag von 11 - 17 Uhr ..... ! Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen optimal. Eine Garage ist auch vorhanden. Ein Riesenbalkon, der vom Schlafzimmer und vom Wohnzimmer aus zu betreten ist. Die Matratzen sind sehr gut.

In der Wohnung selber gibt es Mängel. Die Arbeitsplatte in der Küche ist verbogen, das Ablaufwasser nach dem Spülen läuft in die falsche Richtung. Lediglich zwei Kochplatten vorhanden. In Badewanne/Dusche ist am Duschkopf nur eine Strahl-Einstellung vorhanden. Im Schlafzimmer klemmt die Tür des eingebauten Wandschranks, schon seit mindestens 2 Jahren.. Der Sonnenschirm auf Balkon ist mickrig und durchscheinend, nicht benutzbar. Ansonsten keine Markise o.Ä. vorhanden, was vor Sonne schützt, die ab Mittag auf dem Balkon ist. Dieser Mangel besteht seit mindestens 2 Jahren.

Aussicht direkt auf die Kieler Förde. Schöner Balkon. Zentral gelegen.

Dusche in der Badewanne war nicht so schön. Die Vorhänge konnten nicht vernünftig benutzt werden da die Schienen nicht in Ordnung waren.
