- Größe der Wohnung - Einrichtung - bequeme Betten - sehr viel Stauraum für Kleidung - Terrasse - kostenloser Parkplatz am Haus

Die Sauberkeit der Böden. Der Teppich in Schlafzimmer und Flur war übersät mit unterschiedlichen Flecken, ebenso waren die Bodenfliesen im Bad stellenweise fleckig. Die Dusche sollte erneuert werden. Es gab schwarze Stellen an den Silikonfugen. Die Pfannen hatten eine beschädigte Teflonschicht und müssten ausgetauscht werden.
