Die Strandnähe ist sehr gut. Lage zur Stadt ok. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet.
Die Unterkunft ist extrem hellhörig. Man hört die Klospülung und die Stimmen der Nachbarn. Die Strassengeräusche durch vorbeifahrende Auto sind laut. Der Meerblick ist im 2 Stock nur wenig sichtbar und das Meer liegt hinter einem Pinienwald.. man sieht etwas den Sonnenuntergang. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist mit einem 2-Platten-Ceranfeld ungeeignet für eine 3-köpfige Familie, falls man kochen möchte. Auch der Rest der Ausstattung ist sehr minimalistisch. Wir waren zuvor in viel besser ausgestatteten Ferienwohnungen auf Sardinien. Waschmaschine ist in einer „laundry“ außerhalb der Wohnung, man kann kein eigenes Waschmittel nehmen und es wird automatisch noch Weichspüler verwendet. Das Parken auf dem Gelände ist, wenn zu viele Autos stehen, sehr eng. Dann muss man draußen parken. Wir wollten einen Tag weniger dort übernachten und haben noch in der Zeit diesen Tag stornieren wollen, als es noch vom Termin möglich war. Jedoch funktionierte es nicht. Daher sollte man aufpassen, dass stornieren von einzelnen Tagen scheinbar nicht möglich ist. Das Preis war ok, aber wir würden diese Unterkunft nicht mehr buchen.
