Just a block from the heart of town (easy walk to the pier, arcade, restaurants and amusements) it boasts all ocean front 3 bedroom unit and has a private pool and elevator. 3A is a third floor corner unit with 2 and 1/2 baths. 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 2 sets of bunks accommodates 4 adults and 4 children comfortably. Upgraded kitchen with granite and stainless appliances.
Dolphin Cove is located 0.1 mile north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This three-story complex offers units with ocean views or direct ocean front. Relax outside sitting on your enclosed street side porch or your oceanfront balcony. Enjoy the convenience of an elevator to take you down to where you are only steps away from the sandy beach and just a short walk to the pier. The Garden City Pier has something everyone in the family can enjoy. Whether it is playing in the arcade, listening to live music during the summer, singing karaoke, or grabbing a bite from The Café Deck, to pier fishing, or taking in the beautiful scenic views of the Atlantic. Take a swim in the ocean or the oceanside outdoor pool that is open from May 1 - September 30. Stay connected with Dolphin Cove's complimentary Wi-Fi. Two parking permits are issued per unit. We usually stay in Garden City and at Dolphin Cove. Dunes Realty was nice and easy to work with as always. Unit 3A was ok. The unit was in desperate need of a deep clean. It was supposed to be clean at check in but really wasn’t up to par. The floors needed vacuuming, beds were sloppily made, there was a dirty rug in one bathroom and a moldy shower curtain in the other. However, I was prepared. I brought my own cleaning supplies and scrubbed bathrooms and we used our own linens. I did not complain to Dunes because I’m usually just extra and expect too much at times maybe but it would’ve been nice not to have to clean as soon as I got there. However, overall the weather was perfect and we enjoyed our stay.
