113 Steps to the white sands of Garden City Beach, and 15 short steps your private heated pool! This immaculate 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom vacation home will accommodate 10 guests. The primary King bedroom and kid's twin bedroom are located on the main living floor, along with a sleeper sofa in the front living area. Two additional Queen bedrooms are located on the second level. Complimentary WiFi, no smoking, and small dog friendly!
113 Steps is conveniently located to numerous restaurants, golf courses and night life options in the Grand Strand area. The Garden City pier and local shops located on Atlantic Ave are only a 2 block walk south! Private pool heat is available 3/1-5/30 and 9/1-11/1 if air temp is not below 55F.

Geography is one of the principal reasons that Garden City Beach is so unique. The majority of the area sits on a narrow peninsula sandwiched between the tidal marshes of Murrells Inlet and the Atlantic Ocean, meaning that most properties enjoy a beautiful view from both the front and back! The beaches are quiet and uncrowded (even in the peak of summer,) and Murrells Inlet is an outdoor enthusiast's dream, with fishing, boating, crabbing and much more on the menu.
If you're looking for something a little more lively, just cruise on up to Atlantic Avenue, the social (and geographic) center of Garden City Beach. This two-block area is home to many of the area's most popular attractions (including Dunes Realty,) and there's always something for the entire family. Sam's Corner with its world-famous hot dogs has become an annual tradition for thousands of vacationers, and the Pier at Garden City attracts fishermen and sightseers alike with its nearly 700 feet of fun.
Further south, Marlin Quay Marina boasts a world-class charter fleet, with offerings ranging from half-day inshore trips targeting flounder, trout and red drum to full-day Gulf Stream adventures with tuna, dolphin (mahi-mahi,) wahoo and billfish making regular appearances at the weigh station. The Gulfstream Café is here as well, with its spectacular food and even more spectacular sunsets.
