The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking large meals, complemented by a large ocean-view dining table seating 8 for memorable family gatherings. Wake up to the soothing sound of waves in the two front bedrooms.
The smart split floor plan means each side of the home has its own bathrooms. Sleep comfortably with 1 King bed, 2 queen beds and 2 single beds. Your stay includes sheets, towels, 3 TVs, a full-size washer and dryer, Netflix, and fast WiFi.
Step outside to a unique hot/cold outdoor shower by the ocean—listen to the waves as you rinse off.
Conveniently walk to grocery stores, bars, restaurants, and shops.
We allow 2 pets (up to 100 lbs).
Minimum stay: 3 days, except June through August when rentals are Saturday to Saturday with a 7-day minimum.

Amazing view, beautifully decorated and comfortable accommodations. Pet friendly, clean with an attentive owner. Definitely want to come back soon!

Positives: great location with great views. Nice not to have neighbors to each side.
Negatives: “Beach access” is public and runs directly against the side of the house so there is high foot traffic right next to the house all day and night. Emailed the owners and was told the access is public but folks shouldn’t be walking on property. Unfortunately the path of least resistance to walkers is on the property’s sidewalk and across the driveway as the town has not kept up with keeping the public access cleared to the street as it should be. We were surprised at times to see folks within feet of us in the yard as we were coming out of the outdoor shower and laundry room. Asking folks not to come onto the property was often met with rudeness so for our family’s safety we decided to be non confrontational. If the public path can be properly cleared and roped off from the property, it will give walkers a path away from the house. I really wish the public access were properly described in the listing and not so vague. We would not have rented this property if we had known that we would have random and sometimes rude folks continuously on the property and leaving their things at the access point.
Also, the kitchen has barely enough utensils and tools to be called a well stocked kitchen. We made things work but for the $$ we paid, we expected a little more attention to details.
Honestly, a little bit of attention to detail would have made this house much more hospitable and worth the rental price.
