About this house rental
Welcome to our beautifully refurbished detached three-bedroom waterfront villa in Jolly Harbour, set directly on the marina with its own 70ft private dock and wonderful views across the water.
Designed as a comfortable Caribbean home rather than simply a holiday rental, the villa offers generous indoor and outdoor living space, three ensuite bedrooms and a superb waterfront setting within Jolly Harbour's popular South Finger.
The Villa:
The villa has three spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, providing plenty of privacy and storage for families, couples or groups travelling together.
The principal bedroom occupies the upper floor and opens onto its own covered balcony overlooking the marina — a lovely private spot to sit with a morning coffee or an evening drink.
The third bedroom is configured with two single beds providing additional flexibility for families and groups.
There is also a separate cloakroom/WC for guests.
The spacious lounge provides a relaxed and comfortable place to unwind, with cable TV and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the villa. French doors connect the interior with the covered terraces and waterfront areas outside.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, toaster, washing machine, tumble dryer and everything required for self-catering during your stay.
There is an indoor dining area as well as covered outdoor dining overlooking the marina — perfect for long breakfasts, relaxed lunches and evening meals in the Caribbean air.
Waterfront Living:
One of the highlights of the villa is its waterfront position.
Step outside onto the terraces and large private dock and you are immediately on the marina. There are comfortable outdoor seating areas, sun loungers and a gas BBQ, with plenty of space to relax beside the water.
The villa benefits from approximately 70ft of private dock frontage, giving the property a wonderful sense of space and making the waterfront an integral part of your stay rather than simply a view from the house.
A cool box is also available for use at the beach or exploring the island.
Jolly Harbour:
Guests have access to Jolly Harbour's newly completed sports and leisure facilities, including the community swimming pool, gym, tennis courts and pickleball courts.
The villa is also conveniently positioned for Jolly Harbour's beaches, supermarket, restaurants and marina facilities.
A brand-new golf buggy is available to hire separately, making getting around Jolly Harbour particularly easy. For example, the waterfront Fat Urchin restaurant is approximately a 10-minute walk or around 3 minutes by buggy.
Beautiful Jolly Beach is close by, while the villa provides an excellent base from which to explore the beaches, restaurants and attractions of Antigua.
Good to Know:
Jolly Harbour is currently undergoing an exciting period of investment and regeneration, including redevelopment of the former commercial centre and other new developments within the wider resort.
These improvements are positive for Jolly Harbour, although guests should be aware that some daytime construction activity may occasionally be noticeable in parts of the resort. We prefer to make this clear before booking so that guests know exactly what to expect.
Whether you are looking for a relaxing family holiday, a Caribbean escape with friends or simply somewhere to enjoy life beside the water, the villa combines the privacy and space of a detached home with the convenience and amenities of Jolly Harbour.

We had an amazing vacation! The property is over 20 years old but well maintained. I don’t think the photos really did it justice. The outdoor living space is truly vast. It could use a bit more furniture in way of chairs on the upstairs balconies and off the main floor bedroom. There were a few lounge chairs but the view from the upstairs bedroom is so pretty and chairs would allow you to sit a bit higher and see it better.The community was absolutely ideal. You have a grocery store and at least six restaurants in walking distance one direction and a gorgeous beach the other. It’s a very safe area too for anyone wondering. This was our 11th Caribbean island visited and Antigua has some of the friendliest locals. The roads are a bit crazy with random parked cars in the way and the pot holes. Drivers were very courteous in allowing you to go and helpful. We were kind of trapped on a narrow road coming back from the cruise port as a bus was trying to pass. The driver got out from the vehicle behind the bus and actually navigated us on how to move safely. That being said, if driving conditions concern you, stay at Jolly Harbour and you won’t need a car with all of the amenities. You can also rent a golf cart if you don’t want to always walk. Loura was very helpful and communication was quick and easy. While we tend to island hop, if we ever return to Antigua this is exactly where we would go. It doesn’t get any better for a super relaxing Caribbean holiday!

The host was amazing, the property manger, Laura was beyond impressive! The house is beautiful, the appliances are new and work beautifully. The outdoor grill was really special and grilling our local lobsters was perfection. The beds, bathrooms and ambiance was beyond our expectations. The outdoor living space was perfect for outdoor meals. There were fans everywhere to supplement the island breezes. It is a huge house and the pictures don’t really do it justice because it is a preferred space on the water. It is just minutes from the beach in Jolly Harbour which is an amazing community built around a yacht basin. Tennis, golf, pools and the most beautiful mile Long Beach!!! Thanks so very much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

We stayed at the villa in April 2025! Best part of this villa for us was the terrace, we sat at it every day for meals and to relax. We were visited by various birds, lizards and even saw turtles and jelly fish beside the deck. The BBQ and other outdoor areas were also lovely, we had our 2 year old daughter with us and gave us peace of mind that the whole deck area is fully enclosed off to the water so she had no access to it. Inside the rooms were well decorated, clean, spacious and airy. Kitchen was well stocked, however the oven was difficult to use - could use some instructions. The toasters were not working properly, we reported this to the agency who checked us in and it was replaced with a new one promptly. It’s a shame there is so much building work happening in Jolly Harbour at the moment but we still loved the location as it is so close to Jolly beach and Sandra’s beach bar. Would definitely recommend this villa and will stay here again in future.

We were a group of 5 adults who stayed at The Grange for a week in March.We all loved the house and the location. The Grange is spacious and well equipped, located within a quiet cul-de-sac. The beach is a five minute walk, as are the closest bars and restaurants. Walk a little further and there are a selection of decent bars and restaurants around Jolly Harbour Marina. However, given the idyllic setting we would recommend making use of the barbeque and eating in at least once. Would we go back, most definitely!
