About this house rental
Welcome to Olive House, a stunning 4-bedroom retreat perfect for families or groups looking to relax in style. The home features an expansive pool deck with a private plunge pool, ideal for soaking up the sun or enjoying a cool dip. The house is fully air-conditioned for your comfort.
On the main level, you'll find a spacious master suite with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and its own private patio for peaceful outdoor relaxation. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, perfect for preparing meals, and flows seamlessly into the dining area for six and a cozy living room with air conditioning. From here, step out onto the covered patio, which boasts dining space for eight, a daybed, and a comfortable lounge area for outdoor entertainment.
The lush garden surrounding the home is filled with fruit trees, providing a tranquil escape in nature.
The downstairs level offers three additional bedrooms: one double ensuite, a queen-size room, and a large bedroom with two bunk beds, ideal for accommodating up to four children. We ask that you book 6 adults maximum and up to 4 children.
All four bedrooms are fully airconditioned.
Olive House offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and privacy, making it the ultimate home away from home.
There will be a Tourism Levy Tax at a cost is $5us/ night per person (over the age of 5). We will advise you in your inquiry on the total cost including fees, and add it to Vrbo after confirmation.
There is a welcome binder in the property which you should read on arrival to help you get familiarized with the surrounding, info on the property along with house rules and things to note.
UPON BOOKING: If you do not have any reviews we will need you to provide more details about yourself (ie. work credentials such as a LinkedIn profile or similar) and the purpose of your stay.
EARLY CHECK-IN: A guaranteed early check-in can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge, close to arrival.
LATE CHECK OUT: On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate the property by 11AM. A guaranteed late check-out can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge.
LONGER STAYS: For stays 14 nights and longer, complimentary cleaning may be provided. Details to be confirmed after booking.

We were the first rental guests at this villa. The communication and support from the villa management company was exceptional before, during and after, nothing was too much trouble and little niggles were quickly fixed.The house is nice, it is on an unpaved road away from the more touristy areas nearby but only 15 mins walk or 5 minutes drive to the closest beach and close to the supermarket and restaurants at Jolly.The house is well decorated and the new pool deck is really lovely. For us, the lack of AC in the living area meant on hot days even with fans we could not get the temperature comfortable and the pool is just for dipping, as advertised, but it is a lovely focus for loungers. The kitchen is well equipped and there was a very substantial welcome pack which was much appreciated.
