Apartament apropiat de bai, modern, bine utilat, încălzit cu sobe cu gaze pe timp de iarna, bucătărie cu toate cele necesare
Saltele moi, deși achiziționate de curând, ferestrele blocate, nu se deschid, nu se poate aerisi, mai ales ca se simte mirosul gazelor arse (pe timp de iarna)
