1. Apartment’s location is super nice; very peaceful area and very close to Aqua Palace 2. Parking place is great - private and free 3. No noise from the neighbors 4. Windows have blinds (it get darker during day time) 5. The owner is very nice, helpful and prompt
1. The toilet is in a separate place (not in the bathroom) 2. Kitchen’s appliances are pretty old - we are not coffee drinkers, but it might be a problem for coffee drinkers 3. Bedsheets & pillows were clean but pretty old - you could see they were worn for quite some time
