The property is modern, excellent, beautiful in every way. Special shoutout to the young waiters at the bar who were very professional and excellent, as well as the new guy in the Ski shop (and the ski driver)

Some of the staff are excellent, whereas some of them are less than attentive, and do not reflect the general excellency of the establishment. Especially in the restaurant, the staff are not warm and quite inattentive. This is so sad to say, because the place deserves so much more than that.

A flawless stay from start to finish, we can’t wait to come back.

The place is exceptionally well maintained and has a truly welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly, especially Noemi from reception — she was warm, attentive, and gave us great recommendations to explore the area. The pool was our absolute favorite part of the stay. We genuinely fell in love with this place and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience. We will definitely be coming back next year!

Excellent- probably the best hotel and spa we’ve ever been to

Everything. This place is wonderful. Room is so well appointed. Every member of the team is so friendly and helpful. Feel like you have so much space as nowhere is crowded. Food is great, location too. Being able to get free E-bike hire was a bonus. Pool is huge and warm.

Perfect for the most relaxing and refreshing stay at the mountains

The property is located in one of the most beautiful mountains of north Italy in Pinzolo. The views from every window and corner of the hotel is spectacular. The hotel is extremely well maintained with perfect gardens and everything in tip top order. The experience with everything you do is really five stars.

The only thing you can say that the hotel is sometimes very full and hectic at dinner time. They also don’t have so many options on the menu but you can still find something good. I didn’t find the pillows very comfortable but I probably could have asked for different ones but didn’t do so as I only stayed one night.

Incredible views and a hotel to visit.

Food in the hotel overall was incredible. The views there were just incredible, the view from the SAUNA is mind-blowing! There is a lot of walks and recommend you ask at reception for more information about these - we made that mistake and didn't use reception enough.

The breakfast was a little disappointing but I think we were just a little unlucky, every time we were there our dishes were cold - pancakes etc.

Beautiful property in a quiet and historic city

LeFay is a beautiful property, and I really enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was impressive, the staff was extremely friendly, and I loved the amenities such as the heated pool, massage, bar/lounge, and both restaurants on the property. The location cannot be beat. Pinzolo is a beautiful city and I was able to attend the Easter Sunday mass at a historic church in the middle of town. Just across the river is Carisolo, another scenic village with a stunning church and some great restaurants. My favorite was Ristorante Pizzeria All Antica Segheria. Finally, my friend and I followed the hotel staff’s recommendation for some local hiking. Just behind the hotel is a small paved road which climbs into the mountains and takes you past some local farms. The view was fantastic and all of the local people were very friendly. Our April weather was pleasant but we also imagined what it would be like to visit in summer or even in the middle of winter to see the snow. I hope to return to this property very soon!

Almost everything!

I truly love everything about the hotel, but for a 5-star property, I was disappointed to see so many guests wearing bathrobes to breakfast. I understand it’s a spa hotel but it took away from the otherwise refined and elegant atmosphere.
