Oasi di Laura a Balerna

The studio was beautifully furnished and the owner couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. We particularly appreciated being allowed to keep our bikes inside so that they were safe and the wonderful vegan breakfast.

Breakfast was satisfactory and the apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood (the train line is very close but we didn't hear anything)

Laura welcomed us with great hospitality in her spacious, luminous and very comfortable room with a Zen atmosphere. The room was very clean and well appointed, with great attention to details, luscious house plants and even a kitchenette. In the morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast served to the room. Definitely a restful and very relaxing stay. Grazie mille and arrivederci Laura!

Clean studio just off the motorway so good for travellers and a quiet area.

The use of the air-conditioning was not explained to us on arrival and there were no written instructions so as there was a fan in the room we assumed there was no working Aircon and we used the fan overnight. We were told afterwards that we "should have asked" but it was late when we got back from dinner. We did not want to sleep with windows open so it was a hot night. Written instructions in the room would be useful for English speakers. The room has lovely large patio doors that can be opened to save on Aircon but many people like to be in a cooler room and keep the windows shut in a hot place in the middle of August. Also some more comfortable seating is needed as it is a large room.
