Park your boat at the private dock, relax on the spacious two-level deck, and enjoy a prime view of the sandbar - a favorite spot for boaters!

Spend memorable evenings on the extensive waterfront deck grilling delicious treats, sunbathing, admiring the views, or dining alfresco. Inside, the welcoming living room invites you to spread out comfortably on any of the sofas as you watch a favorite show on the TV. When mealtime comes, prepare delicious homemade treats in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all the essentials. Additional perks include a washer/dryer.

A wonderful place for fishing, hiking, swimming, and boating, this home sits directly on the eastern shores of Hayden Lake. Hayden Lake Marina is just 10 miles away, offering the perfect spot to watch boats come and go. Just a little bit farther at 11 miles west are Honeysuckle Beach, Hayden Lake Country Club, and other attractions in the town of Hayden Lake. You can also head 11 miles west to find the Avondale Golf Course. If you want to shop, dine, or explore public beaches and hiking trails, you can make the 19-mile journey to Coeur d'Alene with its charming city center and floating golf course. The kids will delight in a trip to Silverwood Theme Park (19 miles north) and skiers will relish in a visit to Silver Mountain Resort (55 miles east) for some of Idaho's best snow. Additionally, you can find some very good huckleberry picking in the readily accessible mountains just to the east of the lake cabin!

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Cell service may be limited at this home (although Verizon does work).

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
