You will stay in a 15th-century house on the edge of the Tronçais Forest.
This very comfortable residence in an exceptional location combines peace, charm, and a change of scenery.
You will enjoy the sunny swimming pool from morning to night.
This gîte in Le Brethon, with its large garden and terrace, will allow you to enjoy the Bourbonnais countryside with family or friends. A playroom for children is available.
Ground floor: small kitchen in a round tower, dining room, large living room with fireplace, toilet.
1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (1 queen-size bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (bathtubs), separate toilet.
2nd floor: 1 bedroom (1 queen-size bed), bathroom (shower), separate toilet. Wi-Fi.
Oil-fired central heating.
Laundry room. Green space with a semi-enclosed lawn (2000m²). Gite equipped for babies. Fitness room (rowing machine, bike, ball, floor mats). Summer kitchen.
Enjoy the salt-water pool, shared with the owner and reserved for you from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 5pm. Protected by curtains and fencing. (In-ground pool measuring 10m x 5m, depth from 0.70m to 1.70m).
Open from June, weather permitting, until September.
Cérilly 10km. Nassigny Golf Course 15km. Saint Bonnet Tronçais Lake 10km. Arrivals are possible any day outside of peak and peak seasons and school holidays.
