About this house rental
This home is located in a beautiful community on the city's Northwest side of town. We have a two car garage, can accommodate up to 4 cars in the driveway and street parking is permissible. Sea World of San Antonio is just 4 miles away and quick access to Highway 151 via Westover Hills will get you downtown or to Lackland AFB with ease!
Sleeping Accommodations: this is a three-bedroom home. The master bedroom has a beautiful Queen size bed. One of the guest rooms also has a Queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom features a bunk bed set with a twin size on top, full size on bottom and another twin size trundle underneath. If you would like, you can bring in your own air mattresses; the Family Room is large enough to rearrange the furniture and easily fit a couple of air mattresses.
Minimum age to rent: 28 years of age or older.

Great place, nice neighborhood, came down for hollydays with my family and enjoyed very much the house. Just what we expected as shown in the pictures, perfect location… great host as well.

This is our 2nd time staying here, we love it, always cleaned, has what we need to start us off with, until we can go to store. A/C works wonderful, love the backyard, nice to hang out there and BBQ. The Host Carlos is awesome, anytime I didn't know how to do something he would call me fast. He really wants you to be happy with your stay, he is the reason why we keep staying here, besides the house be great place.the only thing would be nice is to have ceiling fans in rooms, or fans lol when doors are closed it does it hot. but other then that it is a 5 star place.

The management was readily available when we had questions during our stay. The house was very clean and located close to a HEB and a variety of restaurants. We will definitely consider staying there again.
