The stove
Smoke detectors would go off every time I was cooking. Bed rooms were hot. No air flow. Needs ceiling fans. No water pressure in the hallway bathroom. The holes in the ceiling where the bathroom exhaust fans go. Poor lighting in the living room and bathroom hallway. No lights outside. Toward the pool. Pool was full with debris on the bottom. No proper walkway to the pool.
